- Order must not be over 10lbs. or greater than 24 in. (L x H x W).

Oversized Packages
- Greater than 10 lbs or 24 in (L x H x W)
- Oversized packages will incur additional shipping charges varying from $15.00 to $45.00.
- We will contact you if an item will incur additional shipping over standard shipping rates.
Processing Time
- All non-backordered orders allow 7-10 business days to arrive to you in the continental USA.
- During holiday there may be additional time involved, due to manufactures or suppliers schedules.
Backorders
- Backorders happen occasionally, if so you will be notified by email. You have the option of cancellation if this happens. We do not get updates on time of backorder releases. You can request updates and we will try to find out from the manufacture.
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain parts and accessories cannot be shipped. Batteries and chemicals are hazardous items. Batteries are shipped dry ,you must purchase acid from your local auto parts store and fill.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns must be in original, unopened packages also non-closeout items any items showing usage will not be returned.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- No electrical parts will be returned.
- Return items incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be credited to the original credit card it was purchased with.
- Customer must call and get a RMA number at 1-304-252-9775.
- Returns must be shipped back with RMA number on the outside of the carton sent to this address
